Egil Elling lives in Stavanger, Norway, with his wife Hildegunn, and three children. He is the senior pastor of IMI-kirken, a local church which has turned into a movement working in 20+ countries through their Agenda 1 network.

Egil Elling is passionate about raising up leaders and creating a discipling culture in the church that equips people to influence society. He is the author of The Kindness Effect, and spends a lot of time watching Liverpool FC.
