Miles has had careers in investment banking and leadership consulting, which took him all over the world for over thirty years. Now he has a mentoring practice called The Values Partnership together with his wife, Deborah, based  in Perth, Western Australia. He’s passionate about people having the opportunity to grow and develop into their full potential.

As a volunteer, Miles was involved in the early stages of The Marriage Course and School of Urban Mission in London. Now through Men’s Business, he’s encouraging Australian men to embrace being good listeners, elders and mentors. He also serves on the Board of Men’s Sheds.

He and Deborah have an adult daughter, Lily.
