As Christians, we choose to pattern our lives after Christ, committing to grow in our relationship with God, serve within the body of Christ, and share our faith with others.
As Catalysts, we seek to live and lead in an entrepreneurial, intentional and relational way, choosing to spark creativity and innovation to release potential and lead through relational influence.
As Coaches, we are experienced practitioners, training leaders to take personal responsibility for growth in their life, leadership and ministry context.
As a Collective, we are a relational network and community of catalysts and coaches who champion, spark and encourage one another to live and lead more like Jesus and to operate with maximum kingdom impact.
As a Charity, we are accountable, generous and strategic in our stewarding, allocation and investment of the resources we have and are given (time, money and effort) for kingdom priorities and with kingdom principles.
What We Believe
We believe Jesus is the perfect model of leadership. He perfectly embodies and sets an example for us as Christian leaders.
Leadership serves others, not ourselves. We believe leadership is about putting the interests of others above our own.
Leadership is a lifestyle that’s lived, not a position that’s given. We believe great leaders are those who have learned to lead themselves and their families, teams and communities well.
Leadership releases Kingdom potential. As leaders we have a responsibility and opportunity to release others into their God given potential.
Our legacy is for people, not at the expense of people. We believe that leadership doesn’t have to, and indeed shouldn’t, come at the cost of our most important relationships.
Our impact and influence on others comes by taking responsibility for ourselves. We believe that influence in the broader sphere starts with influence in our inner sphere.
Leaders are a living example and a work in progress, not a perfect example with something clever to say. We believe in living life well, fully and intentionally.
Our greatest value comes when we are creating the greatest difference for others. We believe every leader and organisation can make a contribution for good, and it is vital we help them to discover their contribution.
Leaders are most effective when they are living towards their passion and purpose. We believe in empowering people to be all they can be.
