Tailored Training

We equip leaders and teams using a range of relational and strategic processes to empower them to take responsibility for their own personal development and to release potential through their leadership.

Coaching can take place through a combination of online meetings, face-to-face training sessions or multi-day workshops, tailored for you as an individual or your team.
Coaching can focus on strategic leadership, refining vision and values, disruptive innovation, creating culture, strategic alignment, developing and delivering leadership training, and managing organisational change.

We enable writers, leaders and teams to develop their leadership voice, their core message or their training resources. We help leaders to tell their story in a way that is engaging and compelling for their audience.

This may involve the development of a defining idea or manuscript for a writer, or the creation of training resources, a blog or strengthening the written or verbal communication of a leader.
We also work with organisations to develop clarity around their key vocabulary, verbal communication tools or a variety of other materials and initiatives that will strengthen their leadership culture, language and practice.

We partner with specialist organisations on particular projects to access synergy and shared outcomes for impact and transformation, because we recognise we are stronger and more fruitful together. This can involve bringing together a number of organisations or stakeholders working towards a set of shared aims or objectives that can be accessed only through partnership.
We currently collaborate with a number of organisations across the world to enable change in local communities and areas of leadership development.
We also convene leaders in collectives in different parts of the globe, which are environments that foster peer learning, collaborative work and shared discovery and innovation.
